Mike is the founder and President of Serapio & Associates, Inc. Having practiced in the public accounting profession since 2006, his expertise includes individual, corporate, multi-state taxation, and consolidated returns. Additionally, Mike specializes in business and strategic tax planning for small, entrepreneurial and emerging businesses. Prior to opening his own firm, Mike was with various public accounting firms in California. He graduated from California State University Fullerton with an accounting degree and received his CPA.

 

Mike grew up in the Bay Area and currently lives with his family in San Mateo.
