Polly Neumann has worked as a CPA for over 25 years. She was born in and grew up in the bay area, attended UCSB for her undergraduate degree, then San Jose State for her master’s degree in Tax.  She obtained both her CPA license and her degree of a Masters in tax in 1997. Throughout the years she has worked directly with, and consulted with CEOs, CFOs, controllers and small business owners of diverse types of companies.  She has also worked with a variety of industries including high tech/start up, real estate, medical, manufacturing, and with high-net-worth individuals and many other types of entities on a variety of issues.

Polly uses her extensive knowledge of tax law in relation to accounting principles to assist clients in tax planning, projections, preparation research and cash flow analysis. She has reviewed and prepared the more difficult returns including but not limited to, Individuals with up to 40 state returns, C Corporations (both multistate and consolidated),  S Corporations, Partnerships, LLCs, Simple and Complex Trusts, Estate and Gift Tax returns, Charitable Remainder and Charitable Annuity Trusts, etc…

 

At her last CPA firm Polly worked next to Mike for over six years.  She is very excited to start the next chapter of her career partnering with Mike to assist clients with tax planning and growth needs.
